  • User data is retained while your account is active.
  • If you delete your account, backups are kept for 20 days, then permanently erased.
  • We do not auto-delete accounts until further notice (feature in progress).

9. Moderation & Safety

All content is moderated using Konekt AI to detect violations, spam, and abuse. You may appeal actions via the Helpdesk.

10. Advertising & Analytics

  • Views, impressions, and activity logs are tracked.
  • We use personalization algorithms (beta) to tailor suggestions.
  • We share only anonymized usage data for analytics or third-party reporting.

11. Notifications

You may receive notifications via:

  • Email, app, or push alerts.
  • You may unsubscribe anytime in your Settings.

12. Children’s Privacy

Konekt.info is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If discovered, such data will be deleted.
